We are seeking a Tech Account Manager to join our team. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach to account management.
Responsibilities:
– Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships.
– Understand clients’ technical needs and requirements, and effectively communicate them to internal teams.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and technical support, to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
– Participate in sales activities
– Identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
– Monitor account health and proactively address any issues or concerns raised by clients.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in account management, preferably within the technology sector.
– Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to translate them into business solutions.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
– Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
